Cancellation and Pet Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

If a guest cancels or otherwise terminates this agreement 30 days prior to reservation date, all payments less a $100 reservation fee will be refunded to the guest. If guest cancels or otherwise terminates this agreement within 30 days of reservation, the occupant shall be responsible for the rent.  Only additional fees such as cleaning fee, pet fee, etc. will be refunded to the guest. This policy is for all guests who book directly through Mission Country Properties. If you have booked a rental through a third-party site such as Airbnb, VRBO, HomeAway, Expedia, TripAdvisor, etc., the cancellation policy of the booking agency will take precedence.  

PET POLICY

If you are booking a pet-friendly property, there is a $100 fee per dog with a 2 dog maximum. Guests may NOT leave their pets unattended at the property.  Guests are also required to pick up after their pets.  Failure to do so will result in additional cleaning charges. 

If you are booking a non-pet friendly property, There are NO pets allowed. Guests who bring a pet will be asked to leave as well as incur a $500 fine. Rents and fees will not be refunded to guest if guest is asked to leave the property.
